Review request for HKJ [Rechargeable Batteries]

I already have an order on them, but it will be some time before I have time to test them.

How about Sony VTC6A?

I will also test them, but I do not know when.

Fenix ARB-L16-700 with built-in micro USB charging circuit.

How about Soshine 5500 mAh?

Samsung ICR18650-32A @ FastTech

Highest capacity “high voltage” Samsung 18650 cell. Already in the market for a long time, it got my attention quite recently because my brother asked me about restoring his Lenovo ThinkPad “73+” battery, a 3S2P pack which comes rated at 5.6Ah and 11.25V. FastTech claims close to 2.9Ah of measured capacity with the usual 4.2 volts, this is just a smidge hard for me to believe.

Cheers :-)

The Kraftmax hybriX pro (KM-4HDDW) could be probably labeled Fujitsu HR-4UTC:

But they are labeled “Made in China”, so a review could clear the quality.
In this review they are shortly befind the Panasonic eneloop BK-4MCCE/4BE.

Pkcell 10440 are known to be good…an now I’ve seen they have 1300 mAh AAA. It would be nice to see what are they worth.

“1300mAh” AAA PKCELLs? Smells like an incoming deception, but reviews will tell. Also, a hard sell if non-LSD in my opinion.

Cheers my dears

I checked ebay for PKCells and has ordered:
AA 1300mAh
AA 2200mAh
AA 2600mAh
AAA 600mAh
AAA 850mAh
AAA 1000mAh
10440 350mAh
18350 900mAh

I take it a bit easy with larger LiIon cells, my queue is many months long.

Yeah, we’ll see.
I ordered some 1200 (needed cheap AAA anyway). If Zanflare C4 can measure them I’ll report the result.

I’m not sure if its been mention or if it easy to get. What about the Precision Design AA 2900 mAh?

I can see these batteries are fairly easy to get in the US, but that do not help me.

Just wanted to say I really appreciate your reviews. Just wondering if you have any interest in testing out smaller 10180 batteries? I’m interested to see the discharge graph of the klarus 10180 INR cells (particular in comparison to standard li-ion 10180). Can be purchased: Klarus 10180 Rechargeable Li-ion Battery . But also comes with the klarus 10180 flashlight, if you have trouble finding the cell by itself.

I am interested in testing small batteries. I requires a bit preparation first, but not that much.
US is not the best place for me to order batteries, there is usual shipping problems.

I love 10180 lights and I’d love to see some test of 10180 batteries.
At the same time I see how your queue is very long already and I have mixed feelings…

My queue length varies over the year, now and the next few month I will have enough in queue.
Anyway, the small batteries cannot be tested on my normal test stations, but will have to be tested on the equipment I use for 9V batteries (it can handle low current with much better precision).

I don't have use for 10180s, but checked AliExpress for them. Just a couple of inexpensive, senseful sales from the same seller:

This format is unlikely to be used for very low drain applications (flashlights only?). With so little available capacity, testing should take the blink of an eye.

Claims of overstated capacity as usual.

But as I said, don't count me in as particularly interested; I mean, I do not want to distort the actual level of interest in these cells. Let's see what others say. :-)

Cheers ^:)

to be honest, not sure how consistently reliable those blue generic unbranded 10180 cells are going to be. I feel that they probably change from batch to batch. I’m hoping branded ones might be more reliable and consistent (though this might not necessary be the case), e.g. the mecarmy 10180 and the klarus 10180. As mentioned earlier in particular the klarus 10180 which is meant to be an INR cell.

I understand the difficulty in trying to source a klarus 10180 (unless you are also interested in buying the light), battery junction seems to be the only place that sells them loose. And international shipping cost more than the cell it self.

Curious recent find in AliExpress, LiitoKala Lii-40A cell: https://www.aliexpress.com/wholesale?SearchText=Lii-40A

If any of you in USA would like to try 'em, this seller free ships there: “Lii-40A” search in liitokala Official Store

Price of course looks good but, given that this cell isn't listed on the LiitoKala chinese website (stupid annoying floating banners, by the way). Of course, it may be a very recent product launch.

Cells could be Sanyo NCR20700B rewraps at excellent price, the newer Samsung INR21700-40T, some of the newer chinese OEM breed units… or some sort of awesome looking fake cells.

Hope you like this. :-)

Cheers
