Never useless, i learn from all projects!!! Share more pics, info, build tips if you wish :+1:
+1
i will go out tonight and share a video and beamshots !
that’ t actually pretty simple build.
Each 100W array is feeded with a BOOST DC module (3$ ebay) because i use a 6S lipo battery (24V) and each array need 33V.
I also use a drone PDB board to solder everything and have a 12V mini psu for the OMRON SSR (12 Vdc coil) and for the 4 heatsink fans running at 12Vdc
I’ll compare that to the MT03 and MF01 tonigh. That’s floody light.
i put manual setting with very low luminosity to get the 400W shot not over exposed…
MF01 TA driver modded >10000lm
MT03 TA driver modded>10000lm
400W array light
Video uploading….please wait
You are one clever crazy person mizou51. :+1:
AWESOME!!! The wall of light from that thing is INSANE!
Cool :+1:
Way cool :+1: this is the kind of build you would regret not doing…
Now thats a white out.
Very cool build, but it deserves better leds than these, are planning to upgrade to seriously good leds?
You are right
Do you have any link with affordable array?
:+1: The board you built it on looks a lot like a kitchen cutting board. That gives the term “breadboarding” new meaning.
I hope that terminology “breadboarding” does not get lost in the transition to other countries / languages / ….
I’m sorry, I’m not into these type of leds, perhaps anyone else has an advice?
thanks I enjoyed that video :+1:
Nice 4 eyes you have built. I am thinking to build something that is 4 heads too.
yeah
you can do something smaller but i did the quickest way…just to try it.
IT would be better to use a lipo that is closed to 30V
Improvment could be
serial lipo 3S+4S to get 30V so small boost up to 33V
better quality LED array
Ya, power supply is the one must be taken care. I thought about buying those cheap booster or buck circuit too. You have heatsinking taken care of, just the run time a bit short though, so upgrade to 7s will help.
Lol, i’d actually enjoy seeing some translations for that one lol!!
