I can appreciate that stock can be an issue, but you need to have better communication with your customers. The fact that after my first message my order was updated to shipped and then wasn’t actually shipped until my second message 2 weeks later, seems dishonest. If you had messaged me to begin with and said the item was not in stock and then given me some options I would be more understanding, but the fact that I had to wait 2 weeks, ask what was going on, and then be told ‘the item was out of stock’ makes it seem as though it is just an excuse.
I too want don’t want delays and want your store to remain operational as you offer some great items and prices, but as a first impression, my experience has not been good.
i will give Kaidomain the benefit of the doubt and make another purchase but if a similar thing happens it will be my last order.
Don’t get me wrong, I do like many things about Kaidomain and agree with what you’re saying… It’s just that in my own experience in the past with them, it never seemed to take as long before as it does now for an order to process. I guess I should change my expectations.
I ordered some things with KD for the first time. I’d say so far they are great, but the shipper they use isn’t all that. 4PX Global’s tracking system is a mess. I’ve got a package still stuck in LA Airport and for whatever reason making the transition to 4PX’s tracking number to USPS tracking number is a big mess. I’m still waiting on the package and all I get from 4PX’s tracking site is Custom’s clearance in progress for 7 days now. The last update was the 16th.
