Astrolux S42 problem.

I have the same problem with my new Astrolux

I tried with an unprotected 18350 imr Flatthead.
I am in Contact with bangood.

sucks its not working, clearly a faulty light, i think a crappy batch they sent out ask for full refund, no 5-10$ back only the light clearly is not working. If they want proof make new video and show what battery before u insert so they will see for sure its kaputt…

Apparently this is a general problem. I’m still waiting to get my head. Try with long presses and alternating with quick clicks, this sometimes triggers the flashlight.
Мandatory ask to solve the problem from BG.

I did not watch the whole bideo because it was buffering.
When i received my s42 and samsung 18650-30q from banggood the cell had a very thin invisible sticker over the negative battery end. Just in case you hadnt checked for that.

Ask BG to test the head before sending it to you. They process the order very slowly, I’ve waited 10 days before the they send the light head. Still waiting.

Please make sure you removed the rubber O-rings. I couldn’t get my Astrolux S42 to work until I removed the two rubber O-ring.

this makes no sense the o-rings have nothing to do with the current conducting surfaces
