Any more news on when some review samples might arrive? I know a lot of us are patiently waiting on those.

well... one of the 2 samples this one is the 70.2 has been in the US for about 48 hours mow and cleared customs over 24 hours ago.
I've emailed DHL support to see who would be the carrier that makes delievery as I hav e not seen a DHL delievery here in 15 years now.
I hope not USPS because that will knock out any chance of the expected delievery day of Monday. They are closed. UPS and FedEx are both working so still a chance it my bet is on Tuesday at best.
Soon as I have it I will post results as fast a I can complete them correctly.

Yes you can... Just be sure that when you purchase the 2 chargers you include in the PayPal message that you already have another and I would include the order reference number as well...

I have talked with DHL as well as Dale both this morning.
The 70.2 version is out on a delievery truck now and will be here by or before 5pm est.
Naturally I will not be able to take beam shots until after dark but, I will be posting light output and pictires that can all be completed right here in the shop.
After dark the real fun starts... and still as well as video footage will go up as fast as I can upload them.
I have a much better video recorder order ed unfortunately it will not arrive until late next week. But I can still get some pretty good footage with what I have

Okay guys the MT09R has arrived and I have so far just been taking output readings, I might be able to get a distance measurement inside the house but I would trust the results better outside so a little longer.
I am not going to tear the light down at least until all testing is complete.
Here is the one thing I can promise you with out any doubt.
After taking out measurements 5 or 6 times then checking the calibrations of everything and checking again the lowest reading I got in Turbo mode is 15136 lumen and the best was the last one and that is after draining the cells a fair amount and it came in at 16297.
So anyone that has any concerns about the light hitting the claimed output. Not only did it make the 15k promised it has gone past it.
IT will be dark in a couple of hours and very very cold for where I live.
I will do a brief written review and a video review with beam shots. I will try to find something here to compare the output and distance. Not going to be easy but either way you will get to see all that I am able to show you..
I will get everything posted ASAP.
Nice to hear that, 16K lumens is a lot of light, but does it “feel” bright?
What I mean is I can run my L6 and meteor side by side and the L6 feels brighter, despite producing just half the lumens.
