Since no one reported any new tracking notices, I guess Neal was not able to ship out that 3rd order at the end of last week. Maybe it will be this week.

At this time I am in no hurry for shipping
It is shipped, when it is shipped

My only concern is to know the tracking code with enough time to correctly make the customs declaration
The tracking is essential to present the customs declaration

JasonWW wrote:

Thank you I’ll try

It is shipped, when it is shipped

I do not know if my Giggles was sent
I have not received the DHL tracking number to make the customs declaration

Many have received the Giggles without being sent the DHL tracking number
I need the tracking number to correctly make the customs declaration and avoid problems

Yesterday I called the DHL office in my country
They informed me that they report the tracking numbers only to the sender
They suggest that if the seller does not send me the tracking number start a dispute in Paypal

I will send an email to the payment address of Neal requesting the information
If I do not get a coherent answer unfortunately I will start the dispute in Paypal

Sorry

Email sent to Neal
I await an answer as soon as possible

Sorry for my bad English (gogole transtorla)

I’m sure Neal knows this, but I will pass it along to Texas_Ace who occasionally talks to Neal.

my GT arrived several weeks ago, all seemed well, first impression was “ that is HUGE”! second impression was, “hmm really big but what the heck will i use it for?” Well last night after several weeks of sub zero weather followed by several days of really warm (50-60 degrees) weather. I live on a cove adjoining a river and suddenly the water level began to rise covering half the front lawn, this was followed by radio and television reports of a huge ice jam breaking loose and making its was down river (towards me!). reports of flooding and evacuations from low lying properties and damages to one of the bridges. well, we anxiously watched the level of the rising water and it stopped very close to a flooding point for my cellar. as evening arrived and still no word on the advancing ice floes I was feeling a little helpless until, you guesed it, I notice the GT sitting there fully loaded and charged. I set up up strap for the eye bolt i had ordered and went out to the porch, Holy ****, it threw a very tight spotlight beam out to the river 300+ meters off clearly showing details of the river, no change in the ice, WOW! for what it is designed for it does a wonderful job plus I can now justify to the wife!

According to DHL my GT went out with the driver this morning…unfortunately that coincides with a winter storm rolling in. We’ll see if he actually makes it today.

DHL isn’t the United States Post Office, snow has stayed this courier from the swift completion of his appointed rounds. We’ll see when they attempt a redelivery.

Delivered this afternoon.

I was #3 on the paid list, and ordered with batteries.

The light arrived (I think) the week of January 2nd. I was out of town, and don’t know the exact date, but it was waiting for me when I returned to Ohio on Jan. 11th.

Note: I have the dreaded “dark button”, and the light is making a creaking / tinking noise as it heats up.

I suspect thermal expansion. If after a few weeks it still “tinks”, I might open it up and re-seat / lube / thermal compound everything.

In any case, I’m waiting at least a few weeks to bug anyone about either issue.

Did you receive yours in Malaysia ? Via DHL ?
Were there any issues with customs ?

Also, did DHL ever send any tracking info via email or did they just text/ call ?

Thanks in advance for sharing your shipping experience. Big Smile

It helps if you hit the “qoute” button of the person your talking to. That way they know your talking to them.

Right now, I have no idea who you are asking. Maybe bibihang?

You’re right, I hit “reply” but for some reason it didn’t reference bibihang’s original post. Facepalm

Looks like “quote” is the way the go.

I am sorry to read DHL Netherlands will ad €50 for the GT. I now regret I changed from registered to DHL, but I had no hope Lumintop would send registered GT's soon, and Neal told me the European GT's would ship on the 6th. Well, they did, but not to my house.

That’s a bummer. What country are you in? I tried googling rf spb, but got nothing.

Like TA said, you can pay that extra shipping fee if you want, but it’s not mandatory. It might speed it up, though.

Hurray! I got my new GT dumbbell today. LED is perfectly centered and perfect anodization and reflector to my eyes.

I am among the last 50 of 850 orders. It was shipped on 13.3.2018 according to label on the box. I chose DHL but it was shipped via a local logistic company, no DHL name or any logistic company name put on the box. The delivery lorry had the name of the local logistic company and the delivery boy introduced himself, that’s how I know the logistic company. Prior to it, no tracking number was sent to me and i was surprised to receive a call from delivery boy, and i was wondering could it be parcel from Gearbest or Banggood.

I am just reporting, no complaints since parcel delivered without damage. I am so happy my patience has paid off.

Thanks to Neal and Lumintop for fulfillment of GT, and big thanks to TA and BLF GT team for creation of BLF GT.

More and more is coming to light about the back end issues as I keep emailing lumintop.

I will give the details once I have them all but lumintop is still going to make good on the lights and shipments and is making some big changes to how things are done to speed up the process.

The long as short of it is that we should have done it how I suggested way back in November. Facepalm

Packageradar told me my GT had been sent from the nearby airport to the local delivery office yesterday – but according to the Royal Mail website, the ‘local delivery office’ is actually the distribution centre in a different part of the country. Obviously its not going to help my extreme excitement that I’ll have to wait another day or two – but I can live with that! Cool

Neal contacted me again, this time by BLF PM to ask me a second time for an alternate address. If he would have just sent it by China Post it would have been slow, but it would have arrived already. Hopefully DHL can get it to my folks in the States.

At least Neal is getting in contact with people. This is a big step forward, lets not scare him away.

I will explain in more detail later when the main thread is live again but Neal has had a hard time. Lets go easy on him.

DHL showed my package in their Dayton facility as of yesterday morning, no out for delivery notice. I get home last night and have an attempted delivery notice from 3PM. 7:15PM today, now 28 hours later and have not attempted another delivery. Hopefully it gets here tomorrow.

EDIT: DHL finally came out an hour ago, and its fantastic. Well worth the wait.

Mine left Hong Kong via DHL on the 17th. It made it to Utah yesterday morning and was forwarded for delivery so my ability to track it with DHL stopped at that point. Apparently whichever company it was forwarded to attempted to deliver it today but with me being able to sleep like the dead I missed it. Maybe I’ll sleep next to the door tonight.

Just received mine today after what seemed like an eternity, but the wait was well worth it.
