Yes, indeed. However, if the restock date will be kept the first two tints should arrive in 3 days, then four tints the next day and the rest two days after that.

Don’t agree. For the price build quality is decent. The UI is the typical cheap one though: high, low, strobe, off. I consider this light a good modding host, I am working at a replacement driver.
