I have problm with your CS stuff. I bought a Bench Drill Press Stand at your store. When it arrived i noticed a crack at the Base Plate. I contacted your CS stuff with pictures. And asked if they could change/resend only the cracked Baseplate. But their answere was:“we found that there was no quality problem, this is no effect on your using.”
And they offered me 500 BG Points. But now i mounted the Plate the crack opend up even further. I do not want to involve Paypal with this. But this Baseplate is cracked and it is only a matter of time till it breackes completly. And then i can trash the whole Drill Press Stand. I hope we can solve this problem!
I contacted you CS. But they think this is not a problem. And because you are also not interested i will contact Paypal with this case. This is redicolus!!!
I want to report what has happend with this case. BG offered me a refund (after a bit of negotiating )because the Stand is sold out. But i decided to wait (~4weeks) and let them resend it.
But i have also to say that this was the first time in years that i had such problems with the BG CS. I like to buy from BG even if some items have a bit of a problem with quality consistency.
One real big issue (if you ask me) is, that if you contact the CS they often do not understand what you want. Ok language is a big barrier, but if its your job to help people with their problems´, it would help if you understand them.
Expect from that two points (i still hope they work on that) i can only say thumbs up BG.
If people ost tje failures in BG customer service in a public forum like I have in the past, perhaps the service will improve.
Banggood customer servive when it comes to warranty claims is notoriously bad.
