What are the LEDs on the charger for?
Where is it screwed on the flashlight? In Exchange with the tailcap?

The leds are SMD leds , just 150 lumens total for camping light use. This charging unit wont have custom problem.
It’s in exchange with the head. This unit is still in production, we will see if we can make it shipped with the group buy, in which we offer special low cost-price for participants. If it’s not in time, we will ship out the flashlight first and ship it separately later
After that , we will offer the charging unit separately , which can use it on MT03/ MT07 / MT07S as well. People can buy it from native USA / Germany/Japan / South Africa/Thailand dealers later. In fact We are negotiating with dealers about offering 2-year aftersale service for all haikelite products. They will stock enough new lights and accessories to offer good service.
Colors are limited quantity ,All colors are less than 100 pcs. In the future we only supply black and white version for MT09R.
I will ask terry to update the buyer list tonight. So people will know how many left for limited custom-colors.

I like the original blue way better. It was different from other lights. This dark blue looks like Jetbeam now

no other changes. the navy blue color is the only change.Because we have received some emails to require the navy blue, and most stuffs of factory agreed navy darker blue is more beautiful.
Sorry, i dont like this new blue either. If its going to stay, then i will prefer to change my order to a black one instead.

I also dont like the navy blue. The brighter first blue looks so much better because it was different to many other flashlights.

I have not bought the light yet, so far waiting as information has come out. I would have to agree with the others so far that the original blue is better. The original blue is beautiful, unique and more alive. The navy (dark) blue wouldn’t stop me from purchasing the light because it is still different than the typical black but the original blue would make the decision easier. I trust if enough people at the factory said the dark blue looks better, then it will in person.

Either you prefer the original vivid metallic blue, or the new navy blue I consider looking like (matte) denim.
But people who made a down or full payment for a blue light did that based on the original colour, and not the new colour.
Slight variation in colour as a result of bulk production is possible, but I do not consider this change a slight variation; it’s a different colour.
It makes me also wonder whether tan/yellow will result in a more matte variation instead of what it is now on first page. And of course, why should green be the same?
