There’s a few US-based companies that will ship batteries to Canada, but you might be looking at $50+ (US) for 4 18650s by the time you account for shipping. Liionwholesale and IMR Batteries both ship to Canada, and Illumn might as well. But UPS shipping is going to cost an arm and a leg.
I would like to suggest a bundle package for the BLF Q8 + 4pcs button-top unprotected Samsung INR18650-30Q (or INR18650-35E, but prefer button-top 30Q) for shipping to countries that have a shipping restriction. (I was previously able to buy the BLF A6 + INR18650-30Q bundle, which seems to pass thru shipping without problem).
Up to right now, nearly 4 months (around 2 months waiting time for battery shipping from AliExpress) from trying to order button-top unprotected 18650s, I couldn’t get hold (my previous 2 orders of button-top unprotected 18650s) got cancelled due to shipping restrictions to my country (Banggood and GearBest don’t ship bare batteries to my country). It really gets frustating to order, then wait 2 months, then find out it’s not allowed…
My only button-tops are protected NCR18650B. I have tried using flat-top INR18650-35E (uneven drain, only 2 batteries have contact, the other one intermittent contact, the last one does not contact) and INR18650-30Q (seems to drain evenly, but I haven’t tested that long enough).
Designer multifunction flashlight from Xiaomi with head rotation dimming feature. It’s also USB rechargeable and have built in powerbank function.
White body is made of aluminium - not plastic. Simple stylish design should appeal more to feminine tastes

Can’t help but laugh at that… Who in his right mind would spend close to $150 on a 3600 lumen light when the Q8 can do better with a more advanced UI for almost a third of the price? I must be missing something…?
Different people have different criteria/requirements/opinions… Oftentimes other factors matter more than sheer lumen power (or lumen per dollar ratio if you will). That’s what this forum is all about. There are many popular choices and great all around flashlights - but then there are people with different needs. I for one like having the option to choose among many models and price ranges to be able to find what suit my purpose best.
I can’t tell for sure why this specific flashlight is worth as much (because I don’t own nothing even remotely comparable) but just compare the size of the head and reflector. BLF Q8 states 450m range and TM16GT with less power on paper delivers over twice that range. Even three Q8s side by side won’t match this range, not to mention how unwieldy that setup would be Good quality large size reflector which could be specifically tuned for this flashlight and LEDs to achieve this enormous throw, is worth a lot… Not to mention that it may have better quality control (“fingerprint-free reflector” ™ )
It’s now in flash sale for $47 ~ $51 (depends on LED tint). All tints in stock right now ( N2-3A, N2-7A, N4-1C, N4-5C). Offer is valid for 6 days and 10 hours (or until stock lasts - whichever comes first).
