They mixed up the order and send me 10x 14500 instead. after a few mails to them and back we agreed on a discount for the 14500 batteries ($10) and the flashlight they still had to send me. (arrived soon afterwards)
They kept their promise (It was already after the 45 paypal days) and communication was prompt
You need to have the “www” prefix on the domain. I’ve noticed that a lot of the Chinese sites don’t have blank “A” records setup in their DNS. An amateur mistake on their part.
HK post has been quite slow during and after CNY, I ordered from different place on 19.january, my item left seller on 31.january but HK post shipped it out only on 15.february, thats crazy :D
I have received two orders that were given to HKP on Jan 31 I have a half dozen other orders that were given to HKP after the Shenzhen-Wholesale order and they have already left HKP. It concerns me when they say its shipped but it doesn't show up as processing at HKP a week + later.
Ordered a Crelant 7g5 from them. One of the few places that still have V1. Weird processing-they had to email me a total-but even with that little delay it only took 14 days for the light to arrive in Texas. Packaging was a little weird, meaning no specific box for the light, but it looks new and works perfect. Overall weird but good service.

Communication with them was very good. Order acknowledgement, shipping notice and a follow up from them asking how I liked the lights. I thought the shipping price was a little high, but the items arrived well packaged & in about 10 days after placing the order.
