Neals Deals 2018

Received my D4 from him after ~4 weeks. I ordered it in cyan, with an 18350 tube.
He sent a green D4 with a blue 18350 tube.

Quite disappointed, and am considering opening a dispute for a partial refund.

He should have just suspended orders, as if it was a holiday period, until he got his other business sorted out.

I would never order from him based on the last four weeks of comments, I’ve read here.

I ordered on 12/20 from Hank and my cyan D4 with 18350 body and clip arrived in 20 days with nary a problem.

Additionally, and to my surprise, Hank included a new lens ring for my Cyan D4. that I ask him for one even though I did not buy this second Emisar D4 from him (Got a smooth green D4 earlier from him though). This second Cyan D4 that I got from Neal had the aqua blue lens ring and Neal refused to help me at all. The new ring from Hank is a perfect match. Hank did not have to do that but he did! First Class guy and know I can trust him and Int’l-Outdoors. Will never buy from Neal again. I know others vouch for Neal and that is okay. Just telling my experience. ’Nuf said.

Still waiting for my keepower 1200’s…it’s only been 4 months or so. I expect to get them after the new year…just don’t know which one

If you ordered batteries without a flashlight or battery tube, they will never come.

I made an order for a KeepPower 18350, and heard nothing from him for about a month. When I opened a PayPal dispute to inquire, he simply gave a full refund without any explanation.
He later updated his website with a disclaimer under all batteries stating that you can’t order them independently.

I suppose, order the cheapest flashlights (yes, we’re paying for the “battery container” flashlight) and place the battery inside would work?
Since shipping costs to my country are very high already in the first place ($15 for shipping cost [using AliExpress as reference, as BG/GB/FT don’t ship] of pure battery, maybe use that $5 for a cheap flashlight and avail of ordinary shipping?)

Or just, you know, order on Aliexpress and get your batteries in 10 days or so at a normal price…

Neal is a trustworthy guy. Never had a problem. Seriously, everything always show up!

I have ordered batteries 4 times from Aliexpress.

The first order arrived in 94 days, long after Ali had to step in and get a refund for me after the seller refused to cooperate.
The second order (14 Nov 2017) has not arrived, and I received a full refund 24 Jan, tracking still shows no progress.
The third order arrived in 63 days perfectly, seller even extended buyer protection in advance without prompting.
The fourth order (12 Jan) has still to arrive, tracking shows progress and I am hoping this seller is reliable, as I will then continue to use them.

So I have had one good experience to date, unfortunately that seller only stocks 14500, so I have to try others.
I need a lot of batteries, as my flashlights now outnumber my cells about 3 to 1.

I ordered a mateminco X6S 219C and a maeerxu F8 host on November 11, 2018. Shipping notification on November 13, 2018 and received today November 23, 2018.
I would like all my orders from China by registered mail to arrive as quickly as this one.

I bought three lamps from Neal.
The shipments contained what I ordered.
I communicated with Neal with email and communication was no problem.

These are my personal experiences.

I’ve had issues with getting any communications from Neal as well. The Paypal dispute finally got things moving.

It seems like he has more going on than he can deal with. He needs to either hire someone to help him, or cut back on whatever he is dealing with. He is going to leave a lot of unhappy and frustrated people telling a lot of others not to deal with him if he doesn’t.

I know that I won’t likely order from him again.

hm not sure, isnt there some holidays over there now or ? also if he would hire more people there wouldnt be any so called “neals deals”… or atleast thats how i see it… he sent me before replacement head for gt mini quickly respond so i cant complain…

I will never ever buy anything more at Neal. Bought (as my first buy ever from him) an X6S in NW, got definitely not a NW light, no solution. Cannot recommend this guy.

My Nightwatch NA40 had a broken driver after being compressed by an oersized battery. Neal had no problem shipping me an entire battery tube and driver for free. If he doesnt respond within a few days, it might be because he havent fotten to your email yet. People have business trips and other matters to deal with. Also people have a life too and vacations are part of it. If he hires someone there will probably be no more Neal’s “DEALS”

I assume that he works a full time job and that runs things on the side. So I tried to be patient. But after 2 or 3 emails sent over about 5-6 weeks. I had enough and used paypal.
I’m sure that he is a nice guy and all that. But I don’t feel like I should have to chase someone to get things dealt with.

Oh, maybe. We had several mails exchanged, but he didn’t offer me any kind of solution. His only answer was like a broken Vinyl “I test every light this must be NW”. I’ve showed pics to compare with other lights (real NW and real CW, it is visible that the X6S isn’t NW), his only reaction was the broken vinyl… :rage:

All my dealings with Neal have been positive…. Never any problems. GT Mini switch had a problem. He said he would send a replacement head & he did. :+1:

I highly recommend dealing with Neal!!

If you want a deal, go with Neal!!

I am the same way I have made over 6 orders totaling well into the thousand mark and never had an issue with him. Fast communication and friendly, and ships usually within a day or two.

I would recommend anyone having issues just e-mail him again the next day, he has told me he doesn’t consider it pestering that it gets his attention and sometimes he does forget.
