Mountain Electronics website inquiry not working

Hi guys,

I’m new to BLF but I was born with a passion for flashlights. Recently got my Convoy L2 and I want upgrade the driver to something more powerful. I got one on the Mountain Electronics store but when following the online inquiry form I get no reply from them. I’ve tried 3 different browsers but no success. There’s no email in my spam box as well. Please help me guys!

Chaina was on holidays for 2 weeks - till today.
I also ordered 1DS last week and did not get any info regarding shipping.
We can hope that this week they are back at work.

Yeah, but Mountain Electronics is in the USA. Another alternative to online query is to send a PM to BLF user RMM.

I ordered some stuff from them Wednesday and got a items shipped email on Saturday, seems normal to me.

I have never had good luck getting timely communication from Richard, but all my orders have shipped quickly.
