No clue, still waiting on shipping confirmation. All email I have gotten from them has been at like 4 in the morning so I guess I will find out when I wake up in the morning.
They won’t even answer Email or facebook message. If you’re out , at least say so . So much for Thorfire in my book .
I got an email saying they had received my payment and were shipping, along with a follow up that they had shipped and I can expect delivery in 5 days. No info re tracking or carrier.
Hmmm… They replied to an email yesterday afternoon (probably beginning of the workday in HK) saying that shipment was being arranged “today” and I should have it in 5 days.
Still not clear to me if I should expect any tracking info, but for $9/each, shipped, I’m not going to complain, provided they show up next week.
Guess I will see what I get tonight or in the morning. I have a few Thorfire lights but have never had to deal with their customer service. Then again maybe at the price they are selling them for they aren’t in a hurry to answer me. :laughing: Oh well, I shall wait patiently. One thing I am absolutely no good at.
Can’t speak for anyone else, but my experience with Thorfire CS was excellent, way “above and beyond”.
I have heard the same thing Lightbringer. I just got an email from them saying the lights were being shipped and should be here in about 5 days.

I ordered 2 on 24 Feb, and they arrived today.
Nice lights. Strobe is hidden, that’s a plus. Pretty cool white, that’s a meh. But these are great bike lights for me. I don’t care as much about tint and CRI on a bicycle at night.
After further consideration I decided to order a C8F host anyway.

Credit card that I use for paypal was stolen, discovered last Wednesday and canceled card. Sent email to Thorfire for this deal on Sunday and was hoping I would get my new card before this deal was over. Got new card today and paid the invoice for ten, oh yea, this is a deal.

I feel the same except I limited myself to two because the offer stated ‘limited number’ and I wanted others interested to have an opportunity to buy.
Question , what does it mean to send “your paypal”?
They want your paypal account name (usually your email?) so that they can match up the paypal payment with your order. As in, you tell them the payment will come from Johndoe @ whatever and they will see the payment come from there.
