I knew it will happen when website didn’t allow points while apps still allow points on flashsales. Luckily i used up many points on flashsales, but i still have 978points now, worth about USD20. I used up about 5500 points.
To Gearbest, you have just removed your best attraction. It will be tougher for me to buy from your store now unless your price is really good. But many things on your store seems to be more expensive nowadays.

I think there is no point in f*cking around with points anymore. You can hardly reach a flash sale price or a coupon price with "normal price" reduced with points 'cause the normal price is usually very high. If you have a good flash sale price or get a coupon you can still reach a reasonable price but you need to wait and the price you will have is still far from the earlier flash sale price reduced with points. I have about 120 GB orders and 2-3 BG, 2-3 ali orders. I did buy from GB even if BG or ali had a slightly better price beacuse of GB's rewarding point system...

Are you sure it is a flashsale item? I just tried 2 to 3 different flashsale items, and I do not get the option to use my GB points when I tried to checkout.
On an item that is not discounted at all, or has slight discount (but not categorised as a flashsale item), I get the option to use my GB points when checking out.
Can you please provide us with a link to the “flashsale” item that you tested it on, so we can test out on our accounts too?
That, unfortunately, is not a flash-sale item, only a standard price item with the “regular discount”.
