Lexels driver compilation

Can Bistro be used with these drivers?

sure it is designed on Attiny25/85 based footprints

first driver that was requested for special 48A Output on good efficiency

Looking forward to the 20mm/22mm buck drivers. I got Jaxman Z1 and a Convoy L2 that could use the drivers.

New Boost drivers:

Order with those boards made today
1S or 2S Input
6V 5-7A or 12V 2.5-3A output

17mm

20-22mm

23mm special for Klarus XT Series

24-30mm

New generation of high current Buck drivers

up to 40A CFT-90 for BLF GT

up to 33A CFT-90 for TN42

up to 25A 6V v1 or 20A 9V v2 MF01/MT03/MT09R

Outstanding! Way to GO Lexel!

Supported firmware?
Price?
And where can I buy them?

I second this request

Firmware as usual NarsilM v1.2 Gigathrower
ramping to 100% also possible
Bistro HD OTSM I have to look into to modify the firmware to have right modes

Prices:
for the Buck 20 and 22mm will be 17.5€

for the 17, 20-22, 23mm and 24-30mm Boost I have to calculate when they are fully tested, but parts costs about 5€ more than the LM3409 buck

for CFT-90 drivers 75-80€ depending on additional current and high current parts
this is not a cheap one just the parts cost more than 35€

Nice! The prices are higher than I’d like, but about where expectations were set. I’ll not be using them as often as I’d like, but I can already think of a few lights I’d use them for, like either driving the XP-L HI in my L2 harder, or replacing it with an XHP35 HI.

I’ll probably not be using one to build an S2+ with a shorty tube and a XHP70.2 or an XHP35 HI though, not anytime soon.

My 17mm TA drivers for my C8Fs came in and I built my first light— I finally have a rifle light with a complete FET tail switch (also from Lexel) working tonight! Project started on Jan 5th… final product (working in the hand today March 12th) after a lot of research and time.

Thanks (again and again) to Lexel for his killer toys AND his patience with my many questions. :+1:  I also thank those who contributed your time and ideas to help create what are the worlds most amazing lights!

I showed the C8F to my wife’s dad and uncle and they already want one. Anyone who sees these amazing little lights at night immediately get excited and curious. They are great toys (for adults) but to me they are a tool I will be using to hunt pigs at night— and I now have a request for four more. :person_facepalming: might be buying some Fofirn C8s or maybe a few KDLitker C 8.2s

BLF rocks!!!

ps. final pics WILL come after I finish the custom wire to my gun handle switch project.

I expected only Bistro HD initially, having a Narsil option is nice.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask…but I want the boost driver in my UT02. And I want the light to stay rechargeable.
What are the options?
Is it possible to use the stock charging module or should I order some other and try to fit it in?

Great drivers Lexel :+1:

Need more info about Boost drivers…

Can this driver boost current from 1S and 2S (both) or is it 1S or 2S only? This is interesting for flashlights that have 1S and 2S battery tubes (like Jaxman X1 and Convoy L6).
Is it side switch, tail switch (or both) capable?
What is the height of boost driver?

thanks

I think those boost drivers deserve their own thread. Great job! :+1:

im with you.

want the rechargeable option with ramping mode

this depends how the charging board is implemented and if there is space left with the 7mm high inductor

I think to remember a separate board for USB, but if it still fits with new driver has to be tested
I got a UT02 here to mod this way then I can tell you if it works or not
still got no time to finish the boost drivers testing and optimising parts

What about TN42 when modded to CFT-90?What are the specs?
I wait when some guy get the first BLF-GT mod with the CFT-90,be sure that the mod is troublefree, see some beamshots etc, so as to follow, but in the meantime I ask about the TN42 as well.

I have TN42, MF01, HaikeLite and GT PCBs in production in China shipped with DHL

for the first prototype I have parts laying here reflow and then I know if all is OK
25-40A buck drivers with a chip specially designed for Luminous LEDs

Any updates on my big CFT90 driver?
