Skitrade.top sells cheap Zebralight and Armytek flashlights

There is a site that looks exactly like it called Mixtrade.
You need to call your credit card company pronto!
Total scam

I’m not sure I can file anything with credit card company until I waited a while to confirm they won’t send.

I’m glad I didn’t even click on the link. SKV89, how did you find the website in the first place?

You can certainly cancel your card preemptively even if you just say you lost it. Save yourself the headache of having to dispute fraudulent charges later.

@SKV89
Have they charged the credit card yet. Dispute the charges if they have. I’m sure the credit card company will not be able to get a response out of them.

Tell the card company you inadvertently ordered something from a known scam site, and need to stop the transaction and need a new card issued. We use Capitol One cards, and they would do that in a heartbeat. In fact, they call us if something looks suspicious. They’ve re-issued us several cards in the past. Home Depot hack, Target hack, Prana Clothing hack, etc…

I read this topic earlier. The lights in question “would be” supplied by Andrew-Amanda. That’s the first place I looked to check back-stock.
A/A have little to nothing of the brand/s or models advertised.

Here’s an emoji I scabbed together for the cause.
They fishing for suckers.

I’m with ya, best thing to do is contact them, let them know whats going on. After all the scammer will end up with their money not yours. Most card company’s have a date to which they have to be notified in after the charge, so I think it might be in your best interest to let them Know what’s going on.

You can pretty much consider your CC stolen, you should call the CC company right away and block any upcoming transactions on it :money_mouth_face:

This is probably true, they may not even intend to charge anything, just sell the info for later use. Cancel the card just to be safe.

SMM

PS - don’t feel bad about jumping at a screaming deal, just do it safe next time.

Not always the case. Aliexpress and DHgate do not take PP, but they are definitively not scam.

Sure that is why I said generally. Ali is like Amazon here in the US, they are so big they are the payment processor.

TaoBao 淘宝 is the nr. 1 (bigger than Amazon and Ebay together) in China and no PP either. Perfectly legitimate (and humongous) as well.

My comment was in direct reference to small independent websites, such as the one discussed in this thread. Not large conglomerates. Sorry that was not more clear.

So, how it ended? They still “selling” ZB ;)) http://www.skitrade.top/index.php?main_page=advanced_search_result&search_in_description=1&keyword=Zebralight ;)))

Definitely scam. No response. They just charge my credit card and sent nothing. Too good to be true.

Zebralight currently sells that exact model of headlamp on their website for $79. It’s the previous generation model so they’re selling it $10 cheaper than the $89 latest model.

Zebralight’s website is even selling headlamps from 2 generations back (H600 Mark II) for $59.

It seems highly unlikely that a no-name website would be selling headlamps for $28 that Zebralight is still selling on its official website for $79. Looks like a scam.

Yep, miracle didn’t happen

Have you got the money back from CC?

The site is FRAUD CENTRAL. No way to paypal which is a red flag, search function pulls up items not wanted, no communications, no replies, etc…… STAY AWAY!!!

BTW, They had lights I really wanted and prices seem too good to be true.
