It’s odd that Neal said all of the last orders got shipped out last week. Apparently “all” doesn’t really mean all. I wonder how many more lights need to be shipped out this week?
There were only about 50 lights that needed to be shipped, one would assume such a small number could have been sent out as one shipment instead of broken up into two.

At this point, it’s pretty doubtful that only there were only “50 last orders”
I have a bad feeling that all those who haven’t received tracking numbers, myself included, have yet to have their lights shipped.
Until Neal clarifies, I suppose all we can do is sit tight and wait.
For now I just want a complete light, so a second carrier and the paid for batteries. I can understand that things can go wrong, but things should move forward and get solved. For now the latter doesn’t seem to happen…
Mine took a while to get delivered as well. I never received any shipping notice or tracking info. It just suddenly arrived in 2 packages at the same time (registered). So just wait and see for now. Apart from the real shipping issues and incorrect deliveries.

I really like to say thanks to the team once more. It’s a lot of hassle and negativity they endure for the sake of their hobby.
It’s anoying to wait for everyone, I know, I’m in the luxury now that I have the GT at home. But that’s what comes into play in groupbuys. This is not amazon.
This is the most complex groupbuy in terms of money, lights and people involved. Some key members already disappeared during the group buy. They are not employees.
Don’t forget, you only have to wait and than you can all (hopefully soon) just enjoy this great light at a very nice price. The team is sorting out all this bull for months now, and hopefully they will for the next months to come.

I finally got a short reply last night, not much information though but hopefully he is coming back online.
I am going to spell things out for him very clearly and see if we can sort this stuff out.
All I will say at this point is he is on probation. If he doesn’t start doing things the way they need to be done, which includes keeping in contact, then other options will be sought.
Just saw that my GT arrived in London last night. I guess that’s good news for us UK residents! 
Still no signs of my light after it was sent back to LT 3 times in late January (DHL shipping), at this point after seeing most of the orders and even the ones that had theirs sent back just like mine delivered in the UK i’m pretty sure my light was never sent again or just got delivered to the wrong address.
I’m fine with waiting but I just got to say that I really hope things will get sorted out for me and for the rest of us that are still waiting :weary:
Also thanks a lot for the hard work you’ve been doing TA we all know it’s getting harder and harder for you and I hope you can still keep it together with all this chaos !

Is there anybody else who haven’t received the head or battery carrier shipped by malaysian post ( registered mail)?
I am asking this because I got 2 battery carriers and 1 head on 21.2 and they where shipped 11.2. Now I am missing one head which was also shipped 11.2 and after the first tracking notice there havent been any update???

Praise the Lord I just got mine from DHL delivered to my house in Indiana with Batteries in box batteries on charge as we speak the light looks awesome,Thank You I was number 957…there’s a little package with 2 O-rings can some one elaborate to where these go I looked through the booklet but didn’t see them mentioned. Yeah, I am doing my best to keep everything running smoothly, boy does this thing suck the time out of you. Particularly when you don’t have any extra time as it is.
I am trying to make a new driver for the MT09R right now as well so that GB can be salvaged, all I can say is I am glad we are not dealing with those kind of issues. I will take delays and isolated issues over a major design flaw that effects most of the lights any day.
As an added benefit this driver should also work in the GT for XHP70 mods.
I estimate on the conservative side I have put well over 1500 hours into this project, most likely over 2500 hours if you count all the time dealing with this thread and emails, PM’s, messages ect ect ect.
To add insult to injury It seems that the Team donation funds are also locked up in Neals paypal account now, I was planning on distributing that money around the team once the first batch was done, not that there was a lot of it to go around once split between all the team members, but at least it is something. I was hoping to have that money to help with bills at the end of the month.
In other news there is a possibility I will be putting my XHP70.2 GT up for sale in the coming weeks.
I know, nothing compared to people being out money for a light you don’t have but still annoying. I just have to suck it up and wait for things to work themselves out like everyone else.
Neal really pushed me to the edge these last few weeks with no contact. At least in the past I had information to share and could know things were headed in the right direction.
