What blade did you EDC today?

Yeah, tried that on the Leek and the Cryo.
Bad thing was that I’ve shortened the thumb studs on the Leek before that because it’s a crappy flipper without the spring but it would work well with the thumb studs.
The Cryo is just a heavy ugly brick to me, regretted that I ever got it.

Why I ask, I like the Kershaw Chill a lot but it’s a tad too small and the 8Cr dulling way too quickly.
A bigger variant with a better steel would be nice but not those huge ones like the Ti clone with the heart line on it…

Is that a clone?

As real as a 3 $ bill!
But very well made.

I like my Volt SS. It doesn’t feel too heavy or unbalanced in the hand although it comes with the standard 8Cr13MoV blade steel.

I’ve just realized you’re talking about the Overkill!

Any chance you could direct me to a source for your keychain tool?

I really like the looks of it

And the mods on that Kershaw ROCK!!

Gorgeous

Michael

Thank you!
That’s a Sanrenmu keychain tool, you can find it at GB here.

Thanks!!

Very sorry raccoon, the store I got it from is off line. But here are some search results:

they seem to be all pretty much the same quality as long as they are priced around 60$ with titanium handles.

Wodering how quickly it would turn darker…

Was tired of people looking at me like I am a criminal when taking a knife out of my pocket. So I got this SAK now to edc, let’s hope it looks a bit more friendly

Thats the problem, when you hear about knifes it is always when they have been used to do bad, you never hear about the guy pulling out a knife to do something good / normal with it.
And granted there are a lot of bad going on with knifes now and 40 years ago when i started carrying one for the wrong reasons cuz i was stupid back then.
But today and lightning media, then every little bad thing are snapped up and put out there at once scaring the living hell out of a lot of people i am sure…
But legislating against media are a very thin line to walk, but i would like to see something being done to stop press spewing out too much negative news, some tings are best if you dont know about it, and the people that should do something about do that.

I think the normal SAK are legal to carry here, but only just.

Here its quite normal that if 1 person misuse something, just ban it and ruin it for all the people that have enjoyed it and not caused any problems.

Agreed. But it did gave me an excuse to buy another knife :+1:
