using two alkaline batteries?
I want to make a laser for my cat to play with her.
I don’t want to burn my cat. That’s why I want regulation.

You can get decent lasers for $3, red, or $6, green.
No need to reinvent.

Yes. Your local petshop or grocery store probably has pet-toy lasers already in stock for a few bucks. Just grab one of those.

dollar store would have those, even…

You can pick up cat toy lasers for $1

Those lasers are quite fun with frogs and toads. They can clearly see the dot on the ground and go after it thinking its a bug. They will chase the dot all over the place

Always thought that was kind of cruel. Not so much with cats though. They deserve it. They understand cruelty.

Cat cat’s infrared ray can be very simple. They are very funny.

LOL. I’ve already forgotten about this thread. I needed something with very long working time on one set of batteries. And lasers with batteries like ag3 don’t provide this. That’s why I did what I intended from the beginning. Laser powered by 2 aa batteries (since I make it I didn’t change the battery). And of course, it can also be used as a flashlight. A very strong moonlight mode.
