I really like the new tube design with bands of knurling a lot better, those bands are one of my favorite style of Knurling.
I’m highly interested in the smaller silver color one, but it seems to be a mystery right now, please keep us posted on these.
I remember your thread about the v1 (old tube) Nightwatch IRA that ended up not being available, however it did later become available from Enogear, (and still is - XHP70 version nit SST40) 抚顺孛词航天信息有限公司
I wonder it they can eventually offer this v2 and the silver one as well.
freeme, if you have any influence on Amutorch, may I give a suggestion? I guess it would be nice to add a lower mode that one could access with long click or something like that!
If this is not possible, I would suggest that this light didn’t have memory, so that it could start on low! I know that this is a personal preference, so be welcome to disagree!
I have the AM30, bought from their AliExpress store and love that light, but I would love it even more if it could always start on the lowest mode (200 lumens on that light).
Other than that, these are well built lights and I hope Amutorch can do a very nice work in these
And on the headlamp as well :+1:
It may not be a tail e-switch
MTN sells a driver with guppy3drv that has the option for double tap to turbo ! So it may be something like that, I guess.
I also remember that Sofirn SF10 (tail reverse switch) used a double half click to get to strobe!
I like that feature in lights! Hope this Amutorch is nice on that as well
Oh sorry, I thought you had contacts with them!
Anyway, thanks for the heads up on this and I guess we’ll also be waiting for news of the quad :smiling_imp:
