Yes, it’s the same battery. My measurement might not be too good. Was using my daughters school ruler so it may be a little off. That is the same battery that fits in my ODF30 and works just fine. Going outside in a bit as soon as it’s really dark and I will post some beam shots.

Those discharge rate specifications are a lie. Period.
Efest rewraps cells from OEMs. Nothing wrong with this, but they like to inflate the actual OEM cell specifications in a twisting, consumer misleading way, and on top of this try to charge you more. No way Efest. 
I second Newlumen's cell suggestion but please check these AliExpress vendors' offers with a much cheaper shipping and handling quote to Japan (cells are blue wrapped but they're equivalent):
