[Unboxing] MATEMINCO MT35 Plus(Astrolux MF04) only pics

It works for me.
Head over to aliexpress and search for MT35. I see two stores with it.

I am not a boss, just a fans.

Yeah, living in Taiwan seems to get you early access to all the new lights, first the GT, now the MF04. Pretty cool.

well u are half-boss then since u got your hands early on this light eh

Wow.. Nice! Loooking forward to get one of those!

Even though you already have a GT? You must like big throwers.

I hope that one day I will have an actual use for mine (my GT).

I don`t have an actual use for them either, but I thought that is what all this BLF is about, isn`t it ;)

Think everyone who has more than 10 flashlights doesnt use at least 50% of them...

<—-guilty

I have over 150 lights, I find that there are those that I like best and as such I use those most often. Periodically I mix it up with some rotation but there are a lot of my lights that don’t get used. Nevertheless every single light in my line-up has a charged cell/cells installed and is in stand-by mode for instant use at any time.

I’ve got quite a few smaller lights, but when you get to the $150 and $200 range I have to be more practical. Unless it’s something that I can use for work. I’m still waiting for a light the size of the L6, but with a triple 70.2 reflector setup. Kind of like putting a Haikelite MT09R head onto a L6 battery tube. How can I get such a 20k+ lumen monster? That would definitely be worth $200.

I really hope this isn't touching the $200 mark though!!!! I am hoping for something similar to the BLF GT (the first 555)

According to Alibaba, the price is $180 up to 10 units, $170 at up to 99 units, $160 between 99 and 499 units and over 500 units $150.

Do you think that is the price this light will be going for, about $150?

If shipping is to be included it probably won’t be $150. I would expect quite a bit higher as shipping costs are going to be just as expensive as the GT. The two stores selling them on AliExpress are both $187 including 10 to 20 day shipping.

It looks like there’s going to be a Group Buy on this model but the final price hasn’t been decided yet.

I think u have to be realistic its a big light i doubt it will sell for around 150$, close to 200 then more like but who knows… it would still be under blf gt price.

Im actually talking about the Astrolux MF04 groupbuy. Usually those tend to be quite a bit cheaper, ...... Just hoping.

Off topic, but how often do you check your batteries in your 150 flashlights for parasitic drain?

I don’t have parasitic drain. If the light is an e-switch light I manually break contact with a loosening of the tailcap or tube.

I’m extremely forgetful and have little “time sense” so it might be a couple of months before I check cells or it might be a year, it varies. Sometimes I get to looking for a specific cell and go through most of the lights, usually when I do that I charge em 30 or so at a time so they all go back on the shelves topped off.

I think I should start manually breaking the contacts too on some of mine. I like the lighted switches on my shelf and the drain is so low that when I do check battery voltage, it doesn't move much, but there is that tiny risk factor that all of a sudden a fault shows up and they do drain fast.

Just received my Mateminco MT35 Plus in the mail 2 days ago, took 6 wks from order time. Have not had a chance to play with it yet, with working and helping Wife babysitting Grandchildren all week.

Not sure why Alibaba is making these, guess they will be in a contract with Astrolux to build the MF04. You guys are experienced with China and hoping you can shead some light on the process.

Here is a link for more info and pics by a “Mr. Mak” ( I’m guessing ). You will need to translate the language.

Note: You can run 2 flashlight heads together at the same time, see the pics in the link.

I believe Alibaba is just a storefront made up of many different suppliers. Something like that. They don’t actually make anything.

Mateminco is the company making the lights and they sell them in China as the Mateminco brand or sell them internationaly as Astrolux through Banggood. Astrolux is Banggoods house brand.
