The new colors look great. I still prefer my flashlights in (boring) black. So that would make the S2+ available in black, grey, silver (clear), blue, red, green, tan, orange, purple, and cyan. Wow!
I agree with Persechini above, I wish they were available with a rubber boot. I’ve always wanted to match lighted tailcaps to the various S2+ colors. A lighted tailcap with a metal switch does not work as well.
I think they all look good, but my favourite is the cyan. However, I think slightly deeper shade would look even better. The cyan D4 is my all-time favourite flashlight colour.
I’d like the orange, but am with those who think it could “pop” more.
As an aside, has the silver/clear proven to be any more or less durable than the other colors? I seem to recall that while those hosts do have a coating, it wasn’t expected to be on the same level of toughness as the others.

The purple makes for perfect gifts for your wife or gf. The orange looks good too. But Im hoping for a gold or champagne color. Also a full copper would be nice too.q
Oh, I forgot I have one in an anodized desert gold color. That was a thing, back when the S3 first came out. Looked good in pictures, but in person the color is kind of ugly.
In a darker shade the purple would look nice, but I’m not really a fan of the cyan or orange though. I can see a more intense orange being popular with the safety crowd, but is there much demand for cyan?

Purple & Orange for sure… I love the looks of those.
I think the shiny coloured S2+ versions look cheap, including these.
I’d like to see some more developement in the chique desert tan style: a thick just barely shiny ano in an off-color. Ideal would be the desert tan texture with dark purple coulour. If Hank can get his D4 in thick matt cyan tbis should be possible too.
(and back to the rubber boot)

There is no AA Convoy light, it is a wish though…
Probably because a boost driver for a AA light would be more expensive than the 7135 chips used in budget 18650 lights? Just a guess.
How about copper? I think that’s being made now too.
I agree. I would prefer as non shiny as possible. Grey tints, dark green, dark blue, sandy maybe even dark brown.
