I have no idea if you tried that yet, but maybe you can ask thijsco to do some drawing? He was on the Q8 and GT projects too so he may add some experience with these projects too.
I would really love to help on this project, unfortunately I don’t have the time. I joined our fire department and the training has just started so that takes all my time atm.

That being said, maybe fritz15 is interested?

Thanks for chiming in I don’t know Fritz15 sadly either or if he would like handle the CAD needed for this project.

If in the end there is no one who will do CAD drawings, I can assure you that Thorfire is perfectly able to do the drawing themselves as long as they get the information. In the Q8 project all the important details were communicated via crude drawings in Paint, and even hand drawings, they converted them into technical drawings that were sent to us for evaluation. It was not perfect but it worked.
Especially since they obviously have the q8 drawings it might be easier if you go through thorfire directly.
As djozz said with the q8 they did all of the work off some easy to make crude sketches and drawings.
Next person interested will get number 579, somehow it got skipped.
List sorted by user name is now formated to be easy to read, just scroll down the list and see how many lights you signed up for, and the number of each entry.

I’ve done 3D modelling and animation, but not in the sorts of programs people use for physical production purposes. Less SolidWorks, more Blender. So it’d probably be better to ask ThorFire.
If it helps at all, I could share what I’m using to handle the FW3A interest list. The data goes in a plain text file, one line per request, with tab-separated values. Post URL, request type, username… sorted by post URL. Then a script goes through to assign request numbers and generate a report of requests — one sorted by request number and one sorted by username.
It’s still pretty crude, and I haven’t yet added the bits to automate everything, but it works for manual purposes.
