Texas_Ace BLF Calibrated Lumen tube / Sphere No math skills needed - Several spheres still available

Yeap… I can’t just make up the number… why would I do that? I think TA driver is the biggest reason that gives crazy lumen… of course Sony vtc5a, and bypass spring also help out…

Thanks for the offer to cover the costs everyone. I will have a better estimate on the final costs once I get the laser cutting finished.

To be honest it would be easier on me if everyone could send me like $0.10 cents with paypal as a goods purchase just so that I can get your addresses again with an easy to print shipping label option. If someone wanted to pay more that is fine as well but not required.

At this point trying to find all the sphere payments and print the labels manually would be a job all its own.

In fact I think this is a better option, I honestly could not figure out how I was going to find all the prior payments without manually going through hundreds of paypal transactions manually since they are all archived now.

My paypal address is PayPal.Me

If everyone that ordered could send a small payment for goods in any amount you desire, it is just so I can get the address, that would make my life a lot easier.

If people want to cover your costs on them, each domestic fix is looking to be around $4 if there are no surprises. International I would have to check on but since it should be able to ship with the normal mail service, it should only add like $1-2 for shipping to most locations.

I am going to the laser cutters later today to get this ball rolling.

I get about 27.5k startup lumens on my MT09RTA with TA lumen tubes whereas using my previous ceiling bounce standard, I was getting 22.8k startup lumens. I think TA gave mine a rating of 23k.

TA, I just paypaled you $5 for the 4” tube fix kit.

Paid $10

Thank you.

Thanks for the payments guys, and just to make sure it is clear, While I am very grateful for those that want to cover the expense of the fix, all I am requesting is a small payment of a few cents so I don’t have to go find the old payments. Saves me ~5-10 minutes per order depending how far it is buried.

Anyone that desires to send more, I am very grateful.

10 cents sent.

Great, Hopefully everyone sees this over the next few days and I can have everyone listed as fresh payments by the time they are ready to ship out.

four bucks sent. Thanks TA for hooking us up!

Sent a Fiver your way!

I also sent $5.00 yesterday before I left for work!

Payment sent $5.

So you get the addresses again with an easy to print shipping label, do we need to send this “Friends and Family” or “Goods and Services” ?

Pretty sure I sent it “Friends and Family” for the tube but I added my address in the message field. But I don’t think that would have created a automatic shipping label.

With friends and family you pay the the paypal fee, $0.45 on $5. With goods and services it deducts the fee from the payment, so for $5 TA recieves $4.55. So either way is good, it just changes what he recieves.

I also added my username and address in the notes field just in case.

Ok, I got in late last night and didn’t update the thread. I was able to get half of the discs cut yesterday. I am going to try to get the rest done today or tomorrow.

They should ship out by Monday.

I am also going to get some pictures of how to install them.

Correct, goods and services is best this time around since it is mostly about the address and shipping label and less about the money. I can still make the label manually if it is included in the notes, just takes a bit of extra work, still easier then finding the old payments though.

TA, thanks for the answer,

$5.00 sent for goods and services

Actually either way is not good, I know about how paypal fee’s work, my question for TA was pertaining to him being able to easy print a shipping label, which does not happen with Friends and Family.

Okay, I misunderstood.
