Yes, On the Road is an actual brand, hahaha. Not kidding.
Their lights have been well reviewed, and have some very nice goodies like a good UI, a magnetic tail, USB charging, even USB-C apparently, and some very nice tints(4000k emitters), and easy modability.
So yes, they are a good brand.

No, it is not possible. There is only the cool white available in Banggood.

its ok…its still good price…but-its too warm…hard to understand why not neutral…
4000k is about perfect, but the chance for it to be 3500k is high.
This is why I bought the warm white version, as not is it slightly cheaper both in price and shipping, but because I am going to be swapping it for a 4000k 90CRI LH351D.
Going to be a perfect light :laughing: , especially since the Gearbest version includes an 18650.
