I have over 150 lights, I find that there are those that I like best and as such I use those most often. Periodically I mix it up with some rotation but there are a lot of my lights that don’t get used. Nevertheless every single light in my line-up has a charged cell/cells installed and is in stand-by mode for instant use at any time.

Off topic, but how often do you check your batteries in your 150 flashlights for parasitic drain?

I don’t have parasitic drain. If the light is an e-switch light I manually break contact with a loosening of the tailcap or tube.

I’m extremely forgetful and have little “time sense” so it might be a couple of months before I check cells or it might be a year, it varies. Sometimes I get to looking for a specific cell and go through most of the lights, usually when I do that I charge em 30 or so at a time so they all go back on the shelves topped off.

I think I should start manually breaking the contacts too on some of mine. I like the lighted switches on my shelf and the drain is so low that when I do check battery voltage, it doesn't move much, but there is that tiny risk factor that all of a sudden a fault shows up and they do drain fast.

Just received my Mateminco MT35 Plus in the mail 2 days ago, took 6 wks from order time. Have not had a chance to play with it yet, with working and helping Wife babysitting Grandchildren all week.

Not sure why Alibaba is making these, guess they will be in a contract with Astrolux to build the MF04. You guys are experienced with China and hoping you can shead some light on the process.

Here is a link for more info and pics by a “Mr. Mak” ( I’m guessing ). You will need to translate the language.

Note: You can run 2 flashlight heads together at the same time, see the pics in the link.

I believe Alibaba is just a storefront made up of many different suppliers. Something like that. They don’t actually make anything.

Mateminco is the company making the lights and they sell them in China as the Mateminco brand or sell them internationaly as Astrolux through Banggood. Astrolux is Banggoods house brand.

Hey jason, i measured 1930 lumen with my TA lumen tube… i used sony vtc6.

1970 with sony vtc5d…

This light can take unprotected flat top…

Cool, that’s about 35% less than their 3,000 lumen rating. Is yours CW or NW? Usually the CW will read a bit higher than NW.

It’s CW…

New LED、New Color
Astrolux “MF0?”

Is that XHP 70.2 in production soon?

the 70.2 would be a great addition

Damn I just got my jetbeam dm15 and now you are saying mt70 plus will be In production soon… I will definitely get that one too…

MT70 Plus looks great!

As for my Mateminco, it is a great performer. Handles its heat well. I get over 2,300 at start and it holds it well.

So how do you like your astrolux mf04 ??

I can’t speak for anyone else but my MF04 has been great so far

Nice. I am glad you like it. i think astrolux nailed it…

Pros…
Will shine 1.89 km or 1.17 mles. ( from steel beamshot )
Led is perfectly centered and sit correctly…
boost driver.
Very efficient…
4 modes… nice and simple!
New upgrade design battery carrier
Improved and solid indicator switch.
CW or NW option available.

Has to be MF07, right?
Maybe the Astrolux X model can be the MF06.

Do you have any info on what driver the 70.2 light is using? Maybe use a 6v led and a FET driver?

Yes, soon

1. 5 modes
2. Strobe、SOS、Beacon
3. Locked

That looks a lot like their version 2 boost driver from the MF01. I see just a few small changes.

Do you think it’s 6 volt in and 12 volt out?
