I updated post #1 with some news about contacting Lumintop if you have issues. The email address is still not confirmed.

I also put this new public “Unresolved GT Issues” list on page one and moved some old shipping details to a different post.

Texas_Ace, have you heard any details such as color and bin on the new CW emitter Lumintop is using in the GT?

I ordered 8 x35E’s before I ordered my gt , I havnt got them yet & I didn’t use the contact form because I bought them separate (on neals deals) , I’m using 30Q’s now so I’ll probly just ask for a refund , but I’ll be happy to get the batteries instead of a refund , I’ll see what Neal says.

I have not heard much besides I think they are the same D4 bin. They sprung the CW option on me and I never tested them or really got any details.

Yep, I was so busy trying to get the thread started and then make sure that the sign up forms were working I didn’t post anything else about it.

I received all of my accessories today, remove me from the issue list, consider my order completed. Thanks team.

Neal is no longer handling the GT related issues. This is falling on to Lumintop now.

I’ve got 3 people listed as receiving damaged heads. Plus 8 others who need either complete lights or parts.

At the moment, this is the only email I have to Lumintop.

Make sure to send them an email explaining your situation along with whatever info you have such as order numbers, etc… I’m hoping they will get these last issues sorted quickly.

I talked to Neal and he said that all of the Bag and Cap issues should be dealt with now and that there is not much he can do about the GT’s at this point.

Hey TA, do you know if there is a specific person at Lumintop dealing with the GT related issues?

If you talk to Neal, can you ask him if the page 1 Outstanding Issues Survey and the GT related tracking numbers were passed along to Lumintop? (I’ll try to contact him myself)

I’m still not positive we have the correct email since it came from a forum member. It would be nice to get confirmation it’s correct.

Neal just let me know that he did in fact forward all the information on the GT issues to Lumintop. So they will have tracking numbers, etc…

He said they should start working on the GT issues this coming week, July 9-13. So hopefully we will hear from Lumintop soon.

He also said that Leo is the person in charge of handling the remaining GT issues. You can contact him at: leo@lumintop.com

Did Neal ever ask you for details on your damage, pictures for instance? Did he say they will ship out a new part? Or were you never replied to?
