Banggood is such a joke. Alright so I still got no shipping confirmation even though I order mid may. I wrote the support and they’re telling me I didn’t add any house number to my order. When I open up the order, the house number is clearly in there…whatever. So I’m telling the supporter my house number two times and she confirms it. She tells me the package will leave in 24-48 hours. Fast forward 48 hours…nothing happens. I write the support again: “Can you please add the house number to your order?”
I’m so f*ing done right now. Just give me my damn light!

Little bonus: An order with 3 pieces is missing an item. Support: “Can you please take a picture of the problem?” Me: “The item is missing, what am I supposed to take a picture of?” Support: “Just take a picture of the rest.” :person_facepalming:
