KD (kaidomain): Deals and new products thread

The listing says J3-HD2 W30H, H being 95 CRI in the datasheet

Check the flux bin tho.

J3. 520lm at 3000mA.

It helps if you post that number comparing it with another led: the Cool white SST-20 that KD sells is L2 bin (1 after highest bin), which is 811 lumen@3A, so this L3 bin (1 after highest bin) ultra-high CRI 3000K version costs you 36% output compared to the low CRI cool version. This is very common.

Simple, make a triple : 245lm per LED (1A each) and you get 745 LED lumens

Yes, but isn’t the absolute number rather poor by the standards of some other, warmish, ultra-high CRI emitters? For example, in Texas_Ace’s test a D240 4000K 9050 (over) driven at 3A has about 800lm output.

Wouldn’t using a triple to achieve higher output and efficiency offset the SST-20s advantages with respect to luminous intensity?

(I’m still ordering 5 of these)

Still unable to login. Is it just me?

You have to create a new account with all your old account credentials. Use all your info as from the original.

I’ve been encouraged to post here as a quicker way to bring an issue to KaiDomain’s attention.

In short, I received another KD user’s login credentials to my email. I have sent an email to KD customer service with more details.

I had started another thread about the topic here: KaiDomain sent me another user's login credentials. [UPDATED]

Hi

Please ignore the previous email as for our system integration testing.

We had moved all of your order history that is created as before 1 July 2018 to the new system in a few day.

If you have any question, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you

Hello!

Peeking for insulation gaskets just found this:

17MM IRON INSULATION GASKETS (5 PCS)

Iron insulation gaskets…

^:)

I guess these iron insulators are for the top of small clicky switches.

BanL, could you add a filter by “date added” please ?

Sure.

I will add it on those Category page.

Thank you for your advice.

I’m wondering if These are real. I think I’ll grab a few if so. Wouldn’t these actually be XP-E2s? Opinions?

Eh, I don’t think those are XP-E2’s. It looks like HEW is a “XP-E High-Efficiency White”.

Hi X3

I had added the sorting by ‘Release date’

Thank you

Ban

Hi friend

This is not XP-E2 LED.

This is only the CREE XP-E (HEW) High Efficiency White with high CRI.

We just install some for our customer.

Thank you

Ban

That was FAST !
Thank you very much BanL !

I would love to see those new XP-E HEW emitters tested, both the Q3 7A2 (3000K) CRI90+ and the Q5 5D2 (4000K) CRI80+. 1mm² die size? Kewl for small throwers, maybe.

Cheers :-)
