Want to ask a question to an official Eneloop technician?

Found the FAQ section of the site. Had been there but never on FAQ.

Just looked around the Eneloop101 site, but couldn’t find the Q&A info. Has it been posted, yet? My Japanese girl robot is waiting to power-up…

Thanks. Going to be fun looking up the answers.

Thanks for doing this ....

Turning Japanese........ dedicated to Eneloops

Please post a link to the interview once you have written it down. Thanks!

Hey guys. Sorry I hadn't seen the updates in this thread. Somehow missed them. Someone told me on CPF about me not responding. Ask Boaz, he knows I always respond to his PMs in a timely manner ;)

Anyway, I sent the questions and answers in to double check for accuracy.. Hopefully will be receiving them back this week before I post them. If you guys have any other suggestions rather than posting them on the dedicated pages (FAQ and Charge), let me know!

Sorry for the delay.. Just probably a couple more days.

Ok Chibim. Thanks!!!

We are a bit anxious as you can imagine XP

Since you're back, can you let me know if these AAA's with the number BK-4MCA24/CA are legit? Normally there are two "C's" after the M but this pack has only one C.

I have never seen them, but that seems just the packaging code, and not the product code of the batteries. I'm pretty sure the product codes on the batteries themselves will say 4MCCA. I just searched for picture, but couldnt find any of the batteries included.. but as I said, its probably just the packaging code. If you ever come across some pictures (not product pictures) I'd like to see them up close.. :)

@ChibiM
I don’t mind them being on your FAQ section of your site. However, I would like to somehow be able to distinguish the answers you get here from the rest of the FAQs.

Thank you for putting in the time and effort to do this!

If you have any ideas let me know.. Maybe put a date, or little picture, or add them to the bottom of the page...different section.

I thought it may be the case, thank you ChibiM :) I missed the deal anyway as they took it off amazon.ca for the 24 pieces and now only have it on amazon.com. Didn't want to buy it at the time as I wasn't sure.

:D No problem!

I got a free $50.00 amazon.ca coupon from my internet company, so I still ended up buying eneloops, but instead I just purchased 16 x AA

Are they that expensive in Canada?

Yes. Best deal around right now I think is Costco.ca at $54.99 for 16 x AA

I purchased them for more at amazon.ca but used my $50 free coupon otherwise would have got them from Costco.

Costco.ca used to put them on sale for $10 off every summer. I haven’t seen that deal for a couple of years, though. Should be soon, if they’re still doing the sales.

Have eneloops at costco bookmarked and look at it often, but they never did a deal yet, your right. Maybe they will do something on Black Friday.

Excellent post and reasoning. I fully agree with you, Panasonic has done way more for reducing soil and water pollution than any environmental agency around the world. About Panasonic still selling dumb chargers, it doesn’t make much sense to say that it’s simple kind of “planned obsolescence”, because they also sell high-quality rechargeable batteries and chargers. I believe Panasonic still sells dumb chargers simply because they want to have a product available at a lower price point. Anyway, I always recommend smart chargers to relatives and friends, and I try to convince them it’s more economical on long term. Actually, if I were a lawmaker, I would propose a law to ban the selling of dumb chargers, and also encourage manufacturers to produce more affordable smart chargers.
