Nice one, Glenn! The one I posted earlier was bought about 10 years ago. Unfortunately, I don’t actually know where I put it. It’s probably sitting in storage somewhere.
I’m with you pal. Being retired, it’s embarrassing that I forget what day it is at times, and what I had for breakfast yesterday. I hang my head in shame……lol!
BTW, how many Seiko’s do you own? I’ve got 7. 6 auto’s and 1 quartz.
Just a couple, a citizen, some rotary’s and casio g shock for now. Looking or pondering another g shock(mud) if i can spend my pennies before the kids do!.
I went for her elder sister, the Amazfit Pace. I’m also quite happy with it (ceramic bezel & lugs, always on display, built in GPS & WIFI, syncing with Strava).
Are Stuhrling quartz watches decent enough? Someone posted one of their automatics earlier in this thread.
I’m looking for an inexpensive (sub $100) diver-style watch with SS bracelet that does not require winding. The reviews seem mixed when it comes to their quality.
If you’re looking for accuracy, stay away from automatics or manual wind. I have several. The best one gains 5 seconds a day. The worst is over 30 seconds a day. My Seiko Tuna Quartz, and even my cheap Timex’s are within a few seconds a month. Just a thought…
