Amen to that!! That is exactly why I finally dumped ATTā€¦. unexplained charges.
They could not even explain them after multiple calls & transfers to various departments within their organization.
I wish I had wised up years before.

Yeah, I am in the process of doing exactly that this week. Im one of the few that still has a landline but got sick of my bill going up every month with no ā€˜reasonableā€™ explanation and then spending an hour on the phone before just giving up. They REALLY dont care about their customers!
