Amen to that!! That is exactly why I finally dumped ATT…. unexplained charges.
They could not even explain them after multiple calls & transfers to various departments within their organization.
I wish I had wised up years before.
Yeah, I am in the process of doing exactly that this week. Im one of the few that still has a landline but got sick of my bill going up every month with no ‘reasonable’ explanation and then spending an hour on the phone before just giving up. They REALLY dont care about their customers!
Smart man… :+1: … Yeah, I had a landline too; but finally just turned it into a cell & forwarded it to my cell number when I cut ATT loose about 3 years ago.
Best money saving move I made in a long time.
