Yeah, I am in the process of doing exactly that this week. Im one of the few that still has a landline but got sick of my bill going up every month with no ‘reasonable’ explanation and then spending an hour on the phone before just giving up. They REALLY dont care about their customers!
Smart man… :+1: … Yeah, I had a landline too; but finally just turned it into a cell & forwarded it to my cell number when I cut ATT loose about 3 years ago.
Best money saving move I made in a long time.
What AT&T seems to be for U.S. customers, seems to be o2/Telefónica for German customers. Same over here…hotline unavailable for months, online chat not occupied/out of order, no more fax numbers, no more e-mail address (hey, it’s a phone&internet provider…isn’t that odd?!). They encourage you to write a letter (!) in the 21st century if you have any problems. It seems those problems can be found wherever you look for.
