Emitter and temp polls were completed a while ago and there has been discussion with the manufacturer about them IIRC.

Another post 2 or 3 weeks ago said things are starting to wrap up from the sound of it.

I jest, still can’t believe after 15 months they haven’t sent out a prototype for approval yet Silly

They’ve sent 2 different ones so far. IIRC

I must have missed that, were there problems? If not, why aren’t these being mass produced?
We only just decided via polls the popular tints and LED’s, have they done a prototype since then?

There’s much more to releasing a product like this than simply having a prototype. Not to mention, they just got the results from the polls like you said, and there will be work testing, deciding on and sourcing the emitters.

They’re trying to do something about wear on the inner tube which could result in the button input becoming constantly in the pressed state.

Oh, hey, haven’t seen you around for ages. I hope things have been going well.

I’m way behind on the interest list, but hopefully I can update the main list soon. Pepinfaxera is doing most of the work there, which is very helpful.

I’m pleased you even remember me. I’m back and still craving the impossible. As for the wait, it’s not a problem and I appreciate the heads-up.

LOL, you showed me what not to do with a Sinner Cypreus FET triple. It left a lasting impression. Smile

Speaking of which, here’s what the aforementioned light did to my neutral-density filter in just three seconds when I tried to attenuate the output for measurement purposes. It left a lasting impression too:

I am new to posting on this BLF forum. I’ve posted I’d like to buy 1 of these with the LH351D but I haven’t made it on to the list yet. Sorry to be a pain, I think what you all are doing is really awesome!

Ouch. At least from now on you’ll always put the filter on the meter.

The list updates take a while to be done! pepinfaxera is doing that but it takes time, so sometimes it is not immediate!

The list is updated till the post #4335, which is Delta V!

pepinfaxera updates the lists here: http://budgetlightforum.com/comment/1337438#comment-1337438

And he makes some “state of the art” here and there! Here’s the last information given about the updates:
http://budgetlightforum.com/comment/1355552#comment-1355552

From then on he will update the list when possible. If after the updates till the most recent posts your name is still missing, please state inform him here on the thread! So far, the list will be updated when it will be updated!

In The Miller’s words, “It’s done when it’s done!!” Thumbs Up

The emitter has not been determined yet. The cpl-hi is 1st and the LH351D is 2nd. I believe the poll is still open to choose which emitter you want. You can go here and rank the LH351D as 1st, then whatever would be your 2nd choice, etc…

You can also rank your favorite color temperature for this light here.
