Those last two are pretty close. I wonder why the Mini beats your last one? It seems like a beast.

Maybe it’s the reflector? It’s slightly wider, 39mm to 33mm and about 9mm deeper. The mini has an AR lens, my C8 doesn’t. This might give it a definite advantage.

It is definitely the reflector diameter that counts. But the last two has AR coated lens. Forgot to mention.
My Emisar D1S with XP-L HI has 124.1 kcd and 704m stock
but with the same dedomed SST40 what was in the C8 I got 160.6 kcd and 801m

Ah, was your D1S CW or NW? If NW, that might explain why it read 124 kcd and the CW read 148kcd.

I know the sst40 is CW and it’s a powerful led with low forward voltage. I would expect it to get above 148kcd.

I got confused when you said you “already received goods”.

I would not worry about 3 days. That is a very short for a Group Buy.

Did you send Neal the email address that is linked to your PayPal account? This is how he can find your order. I don’t know if a phone number will work. Maybe Martin uses the phone number, I don’t know.

UPDATE TO MANUAL

After trying mode 4 and mode 10 it appears that the groups are reversed.

Modes 1-6 use full turbo as 100% (5A)

Modes 7-12 use the top of the ramp as 100% (2.5A)

We definitely need an updated manual to reflect this.
