[Available again! - BLF special edition light] new Sofirn AAA twisty high CRI 5mm LED

I just found this I would be interested in 2*3200 and 1*5600.
Thank you.

As much as I enjoyed reading your torture test adventures, it should be noted that using a single light of each type isn’t statistically significant.

Interested

I am already on the list for the 6 above.

Please put me down for two (2) more. Please make them both 3200K.

Thank you….

AWESOME I WANT IN!

Lots of page here, but I just heard about it. I saw in the original post an unbelievably low price; can anybody clarify what the projected pricing is? Assuming something reasonable count me in for two- do I just sign up to the google doc?

The projected price is 6 dollars. If you are wanting 2, just post on here if you want 3200K or 5600K and how may of each.

At $6 I’m in for two of each 3200k and 5600k!!

2 3200k pls

please put me down for 4 more, so total of 6  Will do 4 at 3200k, 2 at 5600k

I am in for two of the 5600K

Interested in one 5600K. Thanks.

The list is updated through post 685 (GreenLights). Total is now up to 496 lights.

Shortcut to the Interest List.

Just noting that I have recorded these updates. Thanks.

FYI, I’m counting quantities by the minimum interest stated, so I have you updated for 4+1 at the moment.

Based on your follow up post, I have you for 2 of each. We’ll find out actual purchase details from Sofirn once they’re ready.

Hopefully slowtechstef has time to update the first page soon, but in the meantime, I will try to keep crucial details in the post with the current list on page 10.

Clarifying
2 5600
2 3200

And here are the Monday morning results:

Thanks Docc!

Assuming that the 38 respondents are representative of the about 250 people from the interest list (there is no other possibility than to do that) it sounds like I will ask for the magnet hole and for no trit hole (I will have to find another use for the three trits that I still have).

Let’s wait for the results of the other poll and see if those agree with these.

Why no trit slot? The majority says i do not care. Only 1/3 says no.

And less than 1/3 says yes. Or do I interpret it wrong?

I didn’t answer the poll due to some reasons:
I don’t actually mind if it will have tritium slot or magnet hole as I don’t know if I will have a trit to put in there, and I don’t know if I will want a magnet there or not.

Both things will be assessed when the flashlights arrive to my hands and then I will decide.

If, one the one hand, I’d prefer not to have a magnet installed as “stock” , one the other hand, I’d like the possibility to install a magnet later. So, the magnet hole can be handy (even to fill it with GITD powder and epoxy or resin).
And the sames goes for the trit slot.

This means that if I was going to answer the poll it would be a double “I don’t care”!
This is not a personal justification, only a way to interpret the answers (maybe other members felt the same too)!

The proposed design - in which magnet hole and trit slot have place - seems to be a very good option that combines the 4 “needed” things: lanyard/keyring hole, magnet hole, tritium vial slot, tailstading capability!

TheShadowGuy, djozz and iamlucky13, thank you for your work so far!

I know that whatever the final decision is it will be good, even knowing that it will not please all the interested people here!
I just want to have those “built like tanks and almost bullet proof” flashlights on my hands

No, let the slot in. You don’t win anything leaving it out, you need the lenght anyway because of the magnet.

I voted with I don’t care, but let it in it doesn’t harm.
