What is the charging rate? It says fast charging so I assume it’s 1Amp charging current but isn’t that too high for most 18350 cells? Can you tell us something about the UI?

It does say constant current, but I’m pretty sure it’s using a FET driver. We need to get clarification on this.

A lot of 16340 lights charge at 1A. It might hurt the capacity of an 18350 a bit more over time compared to a lower rate, but it shouldn’t be that big a deal. I’d actually prefer 1A. If the capacity of the 18350 drops after a couple years, just replace it.
