Oh, I don’t doubt that. I was just stating that a light with 96k cd beam intensity could also be considered a “mini thrower.” Alas, it looks like that 96k cd figure for FT01 is likely wrong, as was pointed out in the FT01 thread.

Yeah, 96kcd is a fairly meaningless number in my head because I can’t automatically relate it to a distance. I have to look at my notes or use a calculator to see what that distance would be. They showed the distance to be around 300 meters which seems about right to me so I didn’t truly understand what you were saying.

There are couple of issues mentioned but i don't think it is appropriate for me to announce at this stage. Most probably have to wait after FT01 and S43 launch.
S43? What is that? Is it going to be the NarsilM version of the S42 that Texas_Ace was working on? Or maybe a whole new light?
