I got these prices:

EDIT: the links in my mail didn’t work correctly so i used the search “GT70” and found the items…

So far so good

/\…… Yep, yours looks right too. :+1:

Mine was really stiff, but I was able to get it to line up after messing around with it for a while to break it loose. I appreciate the help!

Edit: I took the tailcap apart and lubed it up. The ring now rotates freely. I’m a happy camper now

Hi,

I still didn’t receive the email for the NW version.

If anyone can forward me the code please ?

Thanks,

Joris.

Do you have a link?
Thanks.

Here is a link……

The price is kinda steep, to me anyway. :money_mouth_face:

Thanks,

so this is only a coupler, so I need this coupler and an extension tube.
together about 60$.
too much for me… at the moment…

EDIT:

I´ve bought one short body tube at B……d with discount code…

Maybe there is the tailcap available as sparepart.
I wrote Email to Lumintop.
So my colleague could easily lathing a coupler.

Alternative he can drill the internal diameter of long tube up to 47mm.
and drill down the outer diameter of the short body tube to 47,05mm, so I can press-fitting them together…

Yep… coupler is $35. :person_facepalming: :open_mouth:

You can get the short tube for much cheaper from M4DM4X.

I was so excited to place my order for the BLF GT70 (NW) that I didn’t look carefully on the item description.

The error happened after I signed in on the Lumintop website, the page changed from the link provided by Texas_Ace to the store’s homepage. I searched products and saw the BLF GT. That was my mistake.

I sent message to Lumintop to cancel my order of the wrong item and quickly received this response,

I went back to Texas_Ace message and click the link and was brought back to the correct product. I should have signed in first on my Lumintop account before clicking on Texas_Ace link so that I would have been signed in already when the link sent me to Lumintop web store. Placed another order and carefully looked at the item description and I think got it right this time.

Yehey!

Good…. glad it worked out verge!!! :+1: .

Thank you, teacher.

I also want to thank Texas_Ace. His comment about the ($290) price made me look again at my order receipt and realized the mistake.

Lumintop customer service regarding my mistake was excellent. When I informed them about my mistake, they quickly responded with a message that the wrong order will be cancelled and refund will be arranged in two days.

I’m happy.

Thanks,

ordered 1 NW version. Now have to find a WW XHP70.2 led with good CRI & output, lol.

Yes, Lumintop is working hard to not repeat the mistakes of the first group buy.

This one is moving much smoother due to learning from those mistakes.

Ordered 1 NW and will be looking for a better 4000k emitter - any suggestions on where I can find one

If you find one in the EU, plz post here!

I would also like to see some beam-shots of XHP70.2s with 3000K or 2700K… if someone has a link? Couldn’t find anything… 80CRI would be OK, I think. 90CRI would mean loosing too much lumens….
Maybe I buy a change kit and try to open one of my GTs… If I would have to swap the LED anyway, let’s get some really warm light color 8^) …. I don’t want to use the greenish NW stock version, when even my CW GT70 has a more neutral tint…

I bet someone else can find a better option on aliexpress or something but here is KD’s 4000k: http://kaidomain.com/Cree-XHP70_2-P2-3C-Neutral-White-5000K-LED-Emitter?search=xhp70.2

It is a 5C so it will have some green in the tint though.

For the USA there is this 4000k P2 that I have used in the past. : XHP70B-00-0000-0D0BP240E | Octopart
