Swapped out the JAX X6 Hunter SS bezel with the S70… a while back

KawiBoy1428, that looks so nice. It was the Jax x6 Hunter that inspired me to look into the stainless bezel. I tried to find replacement bezels for the Jax, but to no avail. The one you show in the image is smooth, and I was hoping to get one of the same design of the Q8. I think that design would look good on the S70 line.

You could also ask Sofirn to make the bezel. I believe they make the TF lights anyway. I think they are planning a new and improved Sofirn S70 as well

I am not trying to take away from the Stainless bezel idea for the S70 at all but………

When there is no stainless option available , especially for just the bezel , throw the bezel in a shallow dish , spray it full of Easy Off oven cleaner (do this outdoors) and let that take the anodizing off , then use 600 grit and down to 1000 grit sandpaper and polish it out to get that “stainless” look.

I have done some lights with the polished look , some with only the bezel polished and leave the rest more of a satin kind of look or like I did my Convoy L2 where I stripped the anodizing off parts of it and did not polish it out at all , leaving that satin look

Of course in the end the Stainless is going to hold up better than the aluminum being much more dent and ding resistant.
