Scared to ask since you havn’t had a single reply or intrest, what is the price point on this item?

Looks freaking interesting. I want a pocketable super thrower. But I hope this has 500+ lumens.

I really like it. Let BLF bless a white laser and I’m in.

Very cool but I expected much more throw for a laser. That’s only about 200 kcd.

how good was the first LED flashlight?

the W3 is the second LEP available (soon) to customers for a reasonable price ;)

seriously interested, depending on price

The first LED Flashlights only had MagLites and other Halogen-driven lights as a competitor, not 10k Lumen+ flooders or throwers like the BLF GT

RMB 1800 (US$260?) according to Taobao. Said to be on sale after the national day holiday period.

I get a better deal ;)

Interested, depending on price

PM me for the price, if it’s available

Interested, depending on price

Interested, depending on price.

Interested depending in the price.

this is the discussion thread gentlemen! ;)

groupbuy will start in the appropriate place in a few days (after the holidays in China)

if I understood them correctly the plan is to sell via amazon in North America and Europe

but the groupbuy will be not limited ;)

So are these things available yet? The concept is really intriguing and I like the host they used here.

As to the tech itself, there is precious little on it currently. I’m curious if an LEP module can be driven the same as an LED or if it has specific requirements that are different.

Interested depending on price. I don’t mind 180k cd as long as the price is right.

I’ll EDC it just for fun.

Ugh……too much. The Maxtoch L2K is doing 500 lumens, a bit below 1 Mcd and 299 usd.

Not exactly EDC though, but still pocketable.
