It looks like a TEC P-7 suspension clip.
More like any knock-off chinese version of the TEC P7 
The good ones have an “X” on the back. The other ones are crap…

I use a knife about 10-20 times a day, incl. kitchen knives and folders, open packages, cutting straps, w/e.
On job I use it even more, cut rawhide, EVA foam and whatnot.
Flashlight? maybe once a month in summer and once-twice a week in winter time.
Well, I live in a developed country 
so there’s not so many spots where I need a light if it’s not looking for toys under the sofa or in the very rare occasions when there’s no light at the front door (happened once during the 3 years I live in this flat).
On the other hand I’ve bought tweezers with a flash light built in. Good idea to have light where you need it but sadly it’s made too cheaply.
The arms are not hardened so it will bend with nearly no force

They don’t have the “X” but they are sturdy and very good! I’ve been using them in that knife and so far it is working pretty well. Sticks well in the jeans and is really deep carry! I would recommend these if you want them!
BTW, I have one of those with the “X”, but is completely crap. Probably it is a copy of some kind of alloy. These that I’ve bought, they are metal!! Hope it helps

In the UK you are limited what you can edc. It’s up to 3 inches and non lockable. This ticks all those boxes. Love the build quality!

Just heard a story about a unfortunate guy.
So this guy wanted to get a knife for his kids for boy-scouts, so he ordered a knife on one of those Chinese sites, but the knife had a range of no go features, so the guy got a hefty fine, and lost his hunting license for attempted import of illegal weapons.
Thank god the Danes of history cant see us now, they would kill all of us spineless weaklings, and it wouldn’t take more than 10 or so of them.
