i wonder,why for example intl-outdoor dont sell other brands…just a few of lights….WHY?
They all have their benefits, so it depends on what you’re after. Intl-outdoor is basically the home base of Hank Wang who is the person behind Emisar and Noctigon.
I ordered a bunch a few days ago. Led’s and drivers.
I was looking for anyone’s Kaidomain ship times.
I’ve never had any issues with KD. Nothing ever lost and all arrived as described. I live in Ohio, and I don’t think I’ve ever had anything arrive from KD in under 3 weeks.
Last month I placed my first order from there. From the day I ordered to delivery at my door: 24 days. Packed well and exactly as ordered. About to place another order.
My orders usually show up around 21 days. Sometimes a few days longer but I have got one or two in about 2 weeks.
So between 14 to 30 days to NC.
I have bought stuff from them for at least 10 years. Never had a problem that wasn’t resolved quickly.
Last order I placed a few weeks ago, I purchased 30 or so tailcaps, they sent one set in the wrong color. I emailed them along with my receipt and within a day they reshipped the correct colored tailcaps I had ordered and sent me a pic of the package with the tracking number on it. That’s how CS should be.
We all mess up sometimes its how we handle the situation and correct the problem that makes us different. 
I really appreciate kaidomain even if my last order was a bit long to be shipped. Usually = average 3 to 5 weeks to France. I don’t mind to have to wait. It’s one of my prefered source to purchase bare emitters, recently Luminus SST-20 3000K and 4000K high CRI 90+, Cree XHP 70.2 N2 5A CRI 80 and a few others.
I’ve have done a dozen or so orders with Kaidomain in the past year. All my orders were delivered perfectly in 3-5 weeks here in North Carolina.
I was curious if shipping speeds from that side of the world had sped up. I’m just going to have to be patient.

Got my first of 6 orders in a time of 2 1/2 weeks to North Carolina. That’s pretty good.

Just got my first order from Kaidomain. 30 days for delivery, about average for me as far as overseas shipping goes. Products were packaged well. I got some emitters and one of those Stainless AA single mode lights. It is a really great light with a great tint and beam. It is certainly a good hunk of stainless. Thanks BanL. I just ordered some more emitters and a few batteries I was needing.
I can assure you DHL delivers in South Africa Ban, I’ve received items through their services many times in the past.
It may be better if you PM me here so I can adjust my order and change it accordingly.

I placed quite a large order nearly three weeks ago, with expedited shipping, and on the order information page, it still says “processing”.
I have ordered from KD before with no problem, but this is starting to concern me, as I have not heard back from any of the support channels after multiple days now.
Even if there is a stocking or logistics issue, I would like to be informed of it, rather than being left in the dark and out of pocket.
It is not an amount of money I can afford to lose.
they are very serious…no problem with them…write them….i ordered for a huge amount from them…no problem really
this site steel your money. ware marked as in stock, are not in stock. after 8 days of no communication until the opening of the case via paypal kaidomain offered a refund. I have no experience with this kind of fraudulent business and naively waited for the kaidomain to give me a refund, but I missed the time to escalate the dispute through paypal (thx paypal great rules). then the seller stopped communicating with me and didn’t give me the money back. Avoid them - kaidomain only steel your money.”
If I was just a little bit sceptical (it’s a good job I’m not) you may be forgiven for thinking someone had set up a second account to post the comments above on their 1st post.
If that was the case (which I’m sure it isn’t) that would be a pretty childish thing to do. 
Either way, genuinely I do hope you get your problem sorted out, I know it’s a real pain when these things happen, and they happen to all of us, don’t worry!

It’s a coincidence for sure then - I hope you have some luck with your items (maybe they will come later on) It is a fact that some sellers over there get a little overwhelmed or let down by delivery dates etc etc.
This can be painful for the buyer for sure, sadly a simple email would reassure most waiting buyers, but that’s the one thing they seem incapable of doing efficiently in most cases, which is what causes all the bad feeling.
thx. but this is not the case. kaidomain has cancelled my order and promised me a refund. and now they don’t reply to emails anymore. so I would also like to warn others about these fraudsters.
