There’s one of them left in stock at Amazon. They’ve been out of stock for a bit.
I just snatched up two!
Grab it while you can.

If you’re on the fence about this one and you love LOW LOW moonlight - get it now. Zebralight really gets sub-lumen modes. I have one Zebralight, and it is by far, hands-down my best moonlight flashlight.
I cannot begin to describe the beauty of a light that can do nine hundredths of a lumen.
Still available directly from Zebralight. In stock, same price.
Yeah, know about that. No telling if the Zebra store will pull from USA stock or China stock. If China stock, Amazon has the advantage for having it in US stock with short shipping time.
Today I received this flashlight and immediately did some measurements.
And I was unpleasantly suprised.
On H1 I measured 430lm - Zebralight claims 550lm.
On H2A I measured 305 lm - ZL claims 407lm.
Its about 100 lumens less than promised!
Is this Ok or is my unit faulty?
How are you measuring?
Also, what battery are you using to conduct the test?
With smartphone (ceilingbounce app) and home made lightbox, callibrated with Olight S1A.
Eneloops and GP Recyko.
got 450lm in my integrating sphere so it’s more o less the same as yours
Same happens with my SC600w HI IV, with should have 1400lm but only get 1000lm
zebralights specs are a bit overrated, but they are fine lights though
Receiving an SC5C today. I will test it and compare it to my other lights. Wouldn’t be surprised if the lumens are overstated as well.
Zebralight is not one to overstate their lumen ratings. They are usually very close to the mentioned ratings. You either have an issue with yours, or somthing is funky with your battery. Check the stamped date on your Eneloops on the side of the battery and do a capacity test to see if the cell or cells from the pack don’t have issues or are old. Your going to need a really fresh/healthy cell to pull the claimed lumens.
Wow, the light is finally making it too you? I mailed it a week ago, I guess getting across the border takes more time than I thought. Looking forward to hearing how you like it. USPS tracking says it got delivered 3 hours ago, so its waiting for you . . .
Really?! In fact, there are not much reviews of Zebras on the net with independent output measurements. Correct me if Im wrong, but I know only Selfbuilt´s reviews on CPF and this video on YT https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eXbT4TmHG3I.
I’m not sure how Advanced Knife Bro calibrated his lumen tube, but all the DIY procedures so far have yielded high results when actually tested against calibrated lights.
ZebraLight tests lumens this way:
“Light output are ANSI out the front (OTF) values. Runtimes tested (and parasitic drain estimated) using Panasonic Eneloop Pro AA batteries.”
OTF should be more than a ceiling bounce, correct? Plus they use eneloop pro batteries, which give higher current than the normal eneloop batteries.
This is an old light, but I discovered something new about it recently.
The light is listed as only supporting 1.5v AA, but it actually runs great on 3.7v li-ion cells.
It’s too bad Zebralight seems to be dying. They haven’t released any new models for years and their current catalog of available lights is tiny.
