They really are testing my patients! I have waited over 2 weeks for a reply to my ticket asking why my order does not show in my account and this is the crappy reply they sent. WTF? WHAT IS MY ORDER NUMBER?

Yeah, you can’t really take them very seriously. Everyone orders a lot from them initially and gradually slows down because the communication with them will just drive you crazy
You’ll probably get what you ordered but it will take forever and as you’re finding out communicating with them won’t make you feel better
Just order from Manafont when you really need something. Eventually you figure out what kind of lights are for you and that’s the time to buy a little better light and to do so locally.

I had a problem like yours a few years back. The order has not been processed properly. You should have received confirmation emails regards your order and it should show on your account details. If you have non of these get a dispute in wwith paypal asap.
I gave up using them years ago as Manafont can do in 2 weeks what DX took 6 to do. DX do have a uk warehouse for some things that can do faster delivery.
Double check the prices, though. A UK based BLF-er posted a while back that stuff sent from the UK depot can be a lot dearer, which they don't make clear in the listing.
