FW3A, a TLF/BLF EDC flashlight - SST-20 available, coupon codes public

It’s important to keep the dream alive!

Pro tip - don’t eat wasabi peas and then rub your eye. Like I just did.

Naah, the “stasis” comment was 100% right on target. What came after was a bit unclear……

Back on topic :expressionless:

Keyboards………I never realized they were so programable Ive always been amazed that the quote key always knew which way to lean “.”. :weary:

Excellent “Pro Tip” Tumbleweed48!! :+1:
Good luck on regaining your vision too. .

I didn’t know Wasabi would do that. How bad was it?

Last week, I chopped up a Chocolate Ghost Pepper and put the whole thing in my bowl of Chili. It added a nice heat. :smiling_imp:

I washed off my hands after chopping up the pepper, scrubbing and using dish detergent to try to dissolve it off my skin. Later, I was eating some thing with my hands, and burned my mouth again from the heat that was still there. :open_mouth:

Are you serious?? :open_mouth: . :open_mouth:I am amazed…… :person_facepalming: …

You could do it too. Surprisingly, pepper heat is something you could easily build up a tolerance for. Start with something that only has a little heat, like Cholula. Add some to your food, and assuming you like the flavor of it, you’ll find yourself adding more of it each time after a while. Then, move up to something hotter until you get used to that, then hotter again, and so on. I couldn’t have eaten a whole Ghost Pepper, even with a whole plate of food, just a year ago. There’s also some variation in heat depending on the growing environment. I don’t think these peppers I have are nearly as hot as Ghost Peppers can get. But, they’re close enough for me. :open_mouth:

Trivia fact: A lot of people don’t know that the “hotness” of peppers isn’t really hotness, or even a chemical “burn”. It is simply a hack of nature. It’s basically just telling your hot/burn/pain nerves to activate as if there really was some heat applied. However, it is possible to be allergic, and have some very bad reactions. But that is a different matter.

No trouble at all .

Thank you

It’s amazing how many people think Cholula is hot. And it’s fun to watch their faces when I put some into a shot glass and calmly drink it. :stuck_out_tongue:

It’s the pepper equivalent of impressing muggles with a 150 lm flashlight. Like a D4 at its default level. “Ooh, that’s bright!” “If you like that, you should see it on a high mode…”

Damn, my FL craze lasted for about a year and I managed to get well into weird, check a couple of items from creepy and make one attempt (albeit unsuccessful) into irredeemable

Hmmmm, really?? I might give it a try & test your theory that I could do it too.

Good info on peppers also… thank you. :+1:

Okay, on the flashlight tier scale, Dollar Store, etc. should actually be negatives. Points should be deducted. Not one added to your score, but points subtracted.
On the hot pepper topic, it’s not always the heat going in that makes the difference. That’s all I have to say about that. :zipper_mouth_face:

Does anyone else hope there is some FW3A news soon?

Only this:

So I think that will help things move forward.

:+1: ……. :+1: ……. :+1: ……. :+1: ……. :+1: ……. :+1: ……. :+1: ……. :+1:

Hi, I'm new here and was steered toward this thread. I would like to be added to the list please. Could you put me down for 1

10+9+8+7+6+5+5+4+4+3+3+2+1 = 67, making it impossible to be more than creepy.
