Wow , it was a 2 day job -

what took 2 days ?

Recharging all my 18650 lights .. [ Charger used was the TR003 - 4 bay charger ]

Just started on recharging my 16340 - 14500 lights

Oooh man ! sitting here having typed this , I just remembered some more lights ...

Additional charger is needed!

I sometimes try to speed up things by starting the charging with my cheaper chargers and finishing the with better WP2. This way they will finish off at right voltage… My cheapos seem to do a bit of overcharging.

That's pretty much my philosophy. I don't even use my hobby charger any more because I can just add chargers as needed. My charging setup consists of an extension cord with surge protection, a smoke detector that's linked to the alarm system in the house and a whole bunch of TR-001s (I have a ton of other chargers but I mostly use the TR-001s). I might get a few TR-003P4s because physically they seem to be able to take everything I can throw at them. But then again, I don't have anywhere near as many batteries as Matt.

But, yeah, if I need to charge a bunch of batteries I just add more chargers. Hobby chargers are nice, just like cars that have a million different drive modes and what not. But I don't need that 98% of them time. I like being able to mess with the accelerator mappings and having a lot of options, but I don't want to be in a position where I have to mess with them (hence, the awesomeness of the 'M' button on newer M-series BMWs). There's beauty in simplicity. Oh, and I can be really lazy. :D

Sometimes you have to give a charger a serious work out .. This was one of those times ..

The TR003 is fast becoming my go to charger ...

Is that the TF (TF-003) charger with the foldy lid?

I'm loving the tr003..beats my cheap chinese generic chargers..18650's do take awhile though..3 batteries 3.7-4.2 took 10 hours or so..

Yeah , Trustfire TR-003P4 (4 bay )
